Retailers & Brands: Apply for 1 of 350 Free Tickets + €650 Travel Reimbursement as Part of Our "Hosted Retailers & Brands Program"

Our Hosted Retailer Program provides free tickets to individuals from large, established retailers and brands who agree to have up to 8 15-minute meetings with our exhibitors. That’s just 2 hours of your time over the 3 days at Shoptalk Europe. The Hosted Retailers & Brands Program will be held on Monday 9 October (at 8:45-9:45am), Tuesday 10 October (at 10:40-11:40am and 1:30-2:30pm) and Wednesday 11 October (at 8:30-9:30am).

Hosted retailers and brands will also receive up to €650 in travel expenses (or up to $1,000 if travelling from the US). Simply submit your travel receipts for reimbursement after the event.

The Hosted Retailers & Brands Program will be held on:

  • Monday 9 October (at 8:45-9:45am), and
  • Tuesday 10 October (at 10:40-11:40am and 1:30-2:30pm)
  • Wednesday 11 October (at 8:30-9:30am)
You must be available at all four of these time slots and your meeting schedule will be emailed to you prior to the event.
