Camila Tomas is Vice President of Innovation and Technology
at Puig, where she and her team are disrupting traditional
approaches to category challenges with a start-up mindset.

She claims to have an “anti-technology” approach, because
“the only thing that matters is how to make the human
experience better. We happen to solve human challenges with
technology… but that´s almost anecdotic. If we could solve
them with bows and arrows, we would do so”.

Camila leverages her “dyslexic-way-of-thinking” to connect
ideas with technologies that work in sync to enhance the
olfactory experience.
