I am currently responsible for the Enterprise TECHNOLOGY Architecture for Transformation, User Experience and Organizational Development. The common objective is to combine human-centricity and technology in a way that is beneficial to the success of business and people.

Committed to customer centricity, my teams endeavor to design the best digital products for our customers and employees. We lead the Group and people through digital transformation projects and through their own change processes. By developing new organizational structures and new office spaces, we are making hybrid work more worthwhile – be it collaboration, productivity, innovation or our mental health.

This idea is likewise being extended to our partners and customers. That's why I am currently working on setting up a start-up with the mission to improve the hybrid working conditions of our suppliers, smaller companies and customers in their home office environment.

I am fascinated by neuroscience, new technologies, transformation of work, digital education and the hypnosystemic approach for competence-activation and solution development in therapy, counseling, coaching, team-and organizational development.
I have a diploma degree in psychology and am trained in various coaching and therapy approaches.
