Christoffer Sellin

Managing Director, Europe

COS (H&M Group)

Christoffer Sellin grew up in the south of Sweden, where in 2002 he attended the Jönköping International Business School, graduating with a Master of Science in International Business. During his time at university, Christoffer was able to benefit from multiple international exchange programmes, fuelling his desire to travel and work abroad later in his career. From the Auckland Institute of Technology to the Indian Institute of Management and Harvard Business School, Christoffer’s broad education provided an excellent base for his future in the global fashion industry.
Christoffer has enjoyed a long career within the H&M Group, having first joined the business as a trainee over 13 years ago. His genuine interest in fashion first drew him to the company and his varied roles and placements around the world have kept him enjoying the challenge ever since. From Spain to Bangladesh, the UK to Hong Kong, Christoffer has gained extensive experience in controlling and merchandising in various roles across the business.
With a passion for the brand’s aesthetic and a shared interest in the world of art, design, and architecture, Christoffer’s move to COS was a natural step. He first joined in 2018, assuming responsibility for expansion across Asia Pacific, based in the regional office in Hong Kong. His managerial skills and vision led him to fill the role of Managing Director for the expanding APAC region, which he held from 2019 to 2022. Here, he was responsible for the overall strategy and operations for the business in the region.
After moving to London in April 2022, Christoffer made the transition to his current role as Managing Director Europe, covering all European markets and over 100 physical stores and e-commerce markets. Presently, he has full omni- P&L responsibility for the biggest of COS’ global regions.
