Doug is the CIO of Flying Tiger Copenhagen he joined in May of 2020 and relocated to Denmark from London. Flying tiger has 850+ stores in Europe with expansion plans underway in Franchise and Digital, both new channels for the company. Doug has set up and launched the tech behind both and is a key part of their continued development.

Along with channel expansion he has focused on bringing AI/ML into the business to help drive merchandising/buying decisions, transforming the instore experience, building new supply chain tech and brining in modern architecture to enable growth while dealing with legacy systems.

Doug has been involved in retail for many years across the USA, UK and now Denmark. He has experience in FMCG, fashion retail and lately general merchandise. All the roles involved heavy transformation of people, process and systems.
