Prior to that, Eric had several management roles at SAP Retail, was SVP South Europe at hybris, (first founding the region with a tremendous omnichannel's success then being SVP Europe at SAP for Customer Engagement after hybris' acquisition around Marketing, CRM and omnichannel solutions). He was also SVP Europe at Mirakl, the worldwide leading software company for Marketplaces solutions.
