Fran Pillar is the Chief Operating Officer for Seraphine, and joined Seraphine in
2021. She has responsibility for Logistics, Technology and Customer Service, and
has more than 25 years experience across retail & ecommerce.

Prior to taking up her role at Seraphine, Fran had roles at Harrods and ASOS.
