Francesc Pumarola is currently the eCommerce G2M Director at Estrella Galicia, expert in the digital transformation of traditional businesses, sales and marketing with extensive experience in leading high performance teams with digital and technology profiles.
He has worked for companies such as F.C Barcelona , La Voz de Galicia Newspaper and Telefonica. Francesc joined Estrella Galicia in 2013 and created Digital Marketing, the area to develop the online positioning of the company´s brands. In 2017 he led the company´s Digital Go To Market area, where he was in charge of the company´s sales on Amazon and developing the knowledge of the digital customer.
In March 2020, Francesc led the launch of Estrella Galicia´s first eCommerce and in October 2022, he continued leading the company´s initiative of evolving it´s eCommerce into a marketplace named Bigcrafters.com, a platform that wants to help small and medium artisans to improve their digital presence and sales.
