Jessica Alsing is Chief Digital Officer at Grendene Global Brands, a joint venture with the private equity firm 3G and Grendene S.A., one of the world’s largest footwear manufacturers. Since 1979, the Brazilian born flagship brand Melissa has celebrated art, sustainability, fashion, and cutting-edge design collaborating with icons such as Comme des Garcons, Karl Lagerfeld, Viktor & Rolf, Jeremy Scott, and Vivienne Westwood. Melissa products are 100% recyclable, 100% Vegan and have low carbon emissions.
Prior to GGB, Jessica served as Vice President International Digital Commerce at Crocs Inc. where she delivered outstanding, record-breaking growth across markets in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. She held several senior leadership roles in Crocs, including overseeing direct-to-consumer, retail stores and eCommerce, and corporate finance. Jessica launched her career in strategy and finance with global brands Williams-Sonoma and Gap Inc.
Jessica earned her M.B.A. from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, and her B.A. in Sociology from University of Colorado. She serves on the board of the non-profit Project Fearless and is an executive advisor at New York City based Raise Fashion.
Jessica and her husband live in Amsterdam with their two children.
