Kate joins us from Pandora, the world’s largest jewellery brand and has been in her current Global role as Senior Vice President of Omnichannel based out of their HQ in Copenhagen since September last year.

However, she first joined Pandora over 9 years ago and during that time held a number of key market positions, most recently spending three years as Managing Director of UK & Ireland and prior to that as Managing Director of Northern Europe giving her both Global and Market perspectives.

Kate started her Pandora journey working in their Global office across diverse areas of the business including retail development, product strategy, supply chain and e-commerce. She then became VP of Retail for Pandora UK in 2014 and was responsible for driving revenue along with retail training and visual merchandising, with a real focus on optimising the UK consumer’s in store experience, consistency of brand and excellence in retail execution.

Previous to PANDORA, Kate had an interesting experience as runner-up in BBC’s The Apprentice Series 5 after which she worked as a freelance consultant specialising in Retail, Sales and Marketing projects retaining a real love and appreciation of the shop floor.
