Lauren Barrie joined Frasers Group in 2019, and since, her role has played an instrumental part in the evolution of FLANNELS’ in-store experience and expansion. With extensive knowledge in retail, Lauren leads the development of the FLANNELS retail experience, including the launch of new stores, the refurbishment of existing locations and the rollout of flagships across the UK and Ireland.

Over the past 3 years, Lauren has led the launch of 3 new flagship stores, including an award-winning store in Liverpool, and the opening of 23 regional locations. Lauren continues to develop the in-store experience by introducing new and unique concepts across fashion and beauty, alongside exceptional service-led propositions.

2023 will see the continued momentum of store openings across the business, with Lauren’s direction supporting FLANNELS in becoming the go-to destination for new luxury and re-inventing luxury retail on the high street.
