Olivia is an experienced global leader who has focused her career on business growth. With a background in management consulting at Bain & Company and an MBA at INSEAD, her area of expertise encompasses growth hacking and machine learning. In fact, these have been the main topics of his lectures at major international events and universities (including the ESADE MBA, the AI Summit, the Growth Hacking World Forum and OMExpo). Nowadays, Olivia is Chief Marketing Officer at Wallapop, Spain's leading platform for sustainable and responsible consumption among people, managing the company's strategy, campaigns, growth marketing, and building value teams. Previously, she worked for Google for 8 years. In her first position at Google, she developed a new business area:Market Insights and Lead Generation for Europe, Middle East and Africa, where her team created the first CRM for AdWords at Google. Then, Olivia became the Head of SMB Online Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa responsible for driving revenue from online acquisition of new SMB customers and Google SMB online Marketing strategy and execution. Her last role at Google was Head of Growth Marketing and Consumer Apps for Europe, Middle East and Africa - including Google Assistant, Google Search and Google Pay.
