Peter Burggraaff started his career building a Dutch digital agency supporting clients establishing their first-generation eCommerce sites. Later he moved into a CIO role at a department store retailer in New Zealand. Since 2008 Peter has been working at the Boston Consulting Group. He works with various international retailers to embrace digital innovation, leverage their data with artificial intelligence and transform their technology platforms and organization to deliver new customer experiences.
Recent work includes developing technology strategies, establishing digital innovation capabilities, initiating, and industrializing, advanced analytics use-cases and managing major digital transformation programs.
