Saba leads the Consumer Management Consulting practice for Publicis Sapient EMEA. She partners with consumer facing companies to drive value-based transformation as well. Specifically, her experience is focused on helping enterprises hunt for digital value pools in their core business and in new offerings/markets and partnering with them to build the capabilities required to capture the pool. Saba drives large scale transformation through the fusion of three lenses: business strategy, consumer experience/design and technology/data. Her deep expertise spans e-commerce (b2b2c, d2c, b2b), new digital first business models, core business reinvention including digital experience building, digital org, digital product management and operating model transformation. Prior to Publicis Sapient, Saba was the global head of strategy at the LEGO Group and an Associate Partner in McKinsey & Co in London.
