Sandra heads up the Insight and Analytics team at leading online fashion retailer, ASOS, which is responsible for surfacing customer led insight and diagnosing performance across its global markets. Working with the commercial, marketing, digital product, audience and customer functions, the team has a broad sphere of influence and ensures ASOS' target market of fashion-loving 20-somethings are at the heart of all strategic decisions.

Sandra has been at ASOS for 10 years, working in Commercial Finance for the first half of her tenure before joining and eventually leading the Insight and Analytics team
