Susan Barratt



Susan Barratt is CEO of IGD, an organisation of two interconnected communities, Commercial Insight (our Trading Company) and Social Impact (our Charity). Together, these work to drive change that makes a tangible difference for Society, Business and the Individual, through the food and consumer goods industry.  Susan has built her career in the food and consumer goods industry, predominantly in the UK and with spells in Costa Rica and the US. Susan has worked for food manufacturing companies Bakkavor, Natures Way Foods and Higgidy, and for multi-site restaurant and pub businesses Whitbread and Eldridge Pope. In addition to being CEO of IGD, Susan is currently a Non-Executive Director of A.G. Barr PLC.
