His work at FARFETCH sits at the intersection of luxury fashion retail and technology fusing how advancements in technology shape the current and future customer motivations and journeys to elevate experiences and brand positioning. Prior to FARFETCH, Vishal spent time at Soho House Group charged with digitising the brand's membership engagement strategy and 5 years at Mr Porter overseeing CRM, customer insight and customer communications.
