General Information

Shoptalk Europe 2022 will take place June 6-8 at ExCeL London.

We recommend arriving by Sunday afternoon, June 5, 2022 and departing late afternoon Wednesday, June 8, 2022.

Exhibiting sponsors should reference Move-In and Move-Out schedules to determine arrival and departure.

The dress code is business or business casual.

WiFi will be available to all attendees at the event printed on the back of every attendee badge and onsite signage. However, the WiFi is only meant to be used for browsing the internet and/or checking email. We strongly recommend ordering a dedicated hardline for your booth. The attendee WiFi is not meant to be used by exhibitors in their booth. To order internet for your booth please contact ExCeL Venue Services.

No, we do not offer any exhibit hall only or one day tickets. Tickets provide access to all aspects of Shoptalk Europe, including sessions, networking events, breakfasts, lunches, receptions, exhibits, etc. that are not private. We do not offer any exhibit hall-only or partial attendance rates.

Shoptalk Europe does not share or sell attendee contact information. We have been informed that a company claiming to sell the Shoptalk Europe attendee list with contact information has reached out to several of our sponsors. We have not authorised any company to contact you. We recommend that you do not reply to or speak with any organisation claiming to sell the Shoptalk attendee list and do not share your credit card information.

All meetings should be scheduled only during the Exhibit Hall open hours. All meeting participants must be a registered Shoptalk Europe attendee with a badge to access the exhibit hall.

The attendee list will be available for sponsors two weeks prior to show open, upon request. The list will be title and company only, Shoptalk Europe does not provide attendee names or contact information.

No, ExCeL Hospitality is the exclusive provider of all food and beverage in the exhibit hall. All food and beverage must be ordered through ExCeL.

No, balloons are prohibited throughout the facility. Click here to view the exhibitor display guidelines.

Exhibit hall aisles will be carpeted. Only shell scheme stands will include carpet (grey). Carpeting can be purchased through Full Circle.

Below is a breakdown of services that the appointed Shoptalk Europe contractors provide:

  1. Full Circle provide​: booth accessories, furniture, carpet, electrics*.
  2. ExCeL Venue Services provide​:*, internet*, plumbing (compressed air, water, drainage)*, rigging*, telecommunications*, catering* and booth cleaning*,
  3. Aztec provide: audio/visual services. 
  4. GES Logistics provide: lifting and unloading services.

Deliveries can be made to your stand in line with your hall access times. Please refer to the event timetable for more details - refer to page 2.

Deliveries should be addressed as shown below. Please do not direct any deliveries to the Organiser’s Office as these will not be accepted.

No, distribution of materials outside of your booth is prohibited, including leaving material on tables or handing out brochures in the aisles or entrances of the show.

Startup street & village booths (2mx1.5m), and standard 3mx3m and 3mx6m booths:

All 2mx1.5m startup, 3mx3m or 3mx6m booths are 2.5m high. If you intend to have any display items or installations on your stand of 2.5m high or over, please contact sales@shoptalkeurope.com to confirm the details.

6mx6m booths or larger:

Booths that are 6mx6m, or larger, have a maximum height restriction of 4 metres, measuring from the floor to the top of the booth.
All booth displays should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighbouring exhibitors.

Lighting rigs, structural rigging and banners are permitted on Space Only booths, provided the uppermost point is within 6m from the venue floor and the lowest point is above 2.3m.

All rigging is subject to approval by the Organiser and must be contained within the confines of the stand and may not overhang any gangways or neighbouring stands. Rigging may not be attached to built/stand structures or be used for structural support.

For non-electrical hanging signs under 200 lbs, please contact Freeman. For all other hanging signs, please contact Mandalay Bay Exhibitor Services.

If you are looking for a contractor to build your Space Only booth, Full Circle, our appointed shell scheme contractor, will be able to offer a range of custom build options. For more details please contact Sze Wai szewai.wong@fullcircleeventsltd.co.uk

If you are going to use a third-party contractor to build your booth, please refer to the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Form. EACs will need to provide a COI to Shoptalk and submit a booth rendering for approval.

Yes, you may film inside your booth; however, it must be contained to your booth. Exhibitors are not allowed to film other exhibit spaces without approval. Due to health and safety regulations, tripods, lights and elaborate set ups are NOT permitted in any public area. All camera crew personnel MUST be registered as a Shoptalk Europe attendee.

There will be security in the exhibit hall during non-show hours. However, exhibitors may hire dedicated security for their individual booths. If you wish to discuss this, please contact sales@shoptalkeurope.com.

All rigging should be ordered via the ExCeL Venue Services. Please refer to the Rigging Order form for more details. 

If you intend to rig, please contact sales@shoptalkeurope.com for approval, prior to placing your order.

Hotel Reservations

We have been informed that a company offering hotel reservation services for the Shoptalk Europe event has contacted several of our sponsors and asked for credit card information to book rooms. We have not authorised any company to contact you. Do not reply to or speak with any organisation claiming to book hotel rooms for Shoptalk Europe, and do not share your credit card information. If you need to book hotel rooms, please book them only through our Shoptalk Europe website, by contacting the hotel directly, or by utilising services you know to be safe and legitimate.
