Carolin is a partner at Plug and Play Ventures, where she invests in seed and early stage companies that deliver direct business impact in terms of efficiency, cost-cutting or driving revenue. Since joining the firm in 2019, Carolin has led over 50 investments and has had involvement in more than 160 investments since establishing the EMEA investment committee in 2022.
