Gaurav leads the Strategy and Global/International teams for PepsiCo eCommerce. Since joining PepsiCo in 2016, Gaurav has worked in a variety of Strategy & Transformation roles across Global, Sector and BUs. Prior to joining eComm, Gaurav was responsible for Global Foods Strategy and led the Foods category development/growth model, which is now central to how Global Foods operates. In his stint as India Strategy & Transformation lead, he successfully led end-to-end business turnaround for the business unit.

Gaurav started his career with Unilever India in operational Supply Chain and Sales roles. After Unilever, he worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company in their New York & Chicago offices, advising Fortune 500 clients on growth strategy, mergers & acquisitions, performance improvement and org design.

Gaurav has a BS in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in India and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. He lives in New York City with his wife, Sonika and dog, Harry.
