Theresa Austin is a senior transformation profile, leading the global consumer engagement strategy across LVMH’s wines and spirits division while managing brand and performance marketing for Clos19, Moët Hennessy’s direct-to-consumer business.

Before joining Moët Hennessy, Theresa led Digital Transformation and Innovation teams at the LVMH Group, where she spearheaded the introduction of data-driven clienteling programs to Celine, Dior and TAG Heuer.

Over the course of her career, Theresa has worked for Burberry, Conde Nast and Net-A-Porter, launching new D2C business units, markets and product categories. She has lived in London and New York and is a big proponent of technology, believing that data can enhance the consumer experience and lead to exceptional outcomes.
