What You'll Need to Do:
- Complete your Sponsor Onboarding Form
- As part of your sponsorship benefits, we highlight your company's presence at the event by showcasing your profile on our website. To ensure a smooth onboarding process, please submit your onboarding form here as soon as possible.
- Register Your Tickets
- You can register your paid tickets using the unique link that was provided in your onboarding email. Please ensure all tickets are registered by 18th April. Only registered attendees can begin the Meetup process on 28th April.
- Assign an Org Admin for Meetup
- Org Admins will be able to complete the required steps in the Meetup process on behalf of their colleagues who are attending.
- To become an Org Admin for your company, you MUST register your ticket first using the link in your onboarding email. After registering, log in here with the credentials from your ticket confirmation email, click “Organisation Admin” on the left, and assign yourself as the Org Admin.
- If you are not attending the event, you can assign yourself as an Org Admin here.

- Assign Meetings Reps
- Once you register your tickets, you must assign Meetings Reps. Meetings Reps are the individuals who will be taking your paid for meetings.
- You can assign Meetings Reps through the Manage Participants screen.
- Review Meetup Required Steps
