Together is how we will do better. Our mission is to create the conditions for women to gain greater representation across every aspect of our industry. Our vision is to see women thrive, to elevate the next-gen of leaders and to drive the transformation of retail & tech.

We cultivate meaningful connections between people of different backgrounds to inspire, support and learn from one another as we navigate through this thing called our careers (and life). We are building the largest support network in retail to advance the presence and impact of women in retail & tech. We help you grow and find your way through personal and professional development, networking and mentorship.
