2024 Speakers

Andréa has over 20 years of solid experience in different consumer goods industries and with positions in marketing, commercial and general management. 

She relocated to Rio de Janeiro from São Paulo in 2019, assuming the position of President South America for Stanley1913 and after, increasing her scope to include the EMEA Region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). 

Before that she held the position of Executive Commercial Director for Deca, a local Sanitary Ware company. 

Previously, she has held GM positions in Kraft Foods Ecuador and Mondelez North/Northeast Business Unit, where she was responsible for the whole operation. She has also worked for big companies such as Camil Alimentos, BDF Nivea and Reckitt Benckiser. 

Andréa lead various transformation projects in her career such as the Kraft-Cadbury acquisition and building a marketing culture in Camil, a Brazilian commodity company. 

Andréa majored in Marketing in ESPM in Brazil and completed her studies in UC Berkeley and Yale Executive Business School. 

She is married with 2 daughters, 18 and 16 years-old and is passionate about travelling, skiing, and spending time with friends.
