As Chief Commercial Officer at On, Britt Olsen leads On’s global commercial strategy team, and steers growth of all three channels across digital, Own retail and wholesale. Britt was one of the earliest On teammates in North America, having joined more than a decade ago in 2014 as Head of Marketing for the region. In 2019, she was appointed GM of North America, and in 2022 she brought LATAM region within her scope to help build central and South America. Equipped with more than 20 years of experience, mostly in high growth start-ups, Britt brings an entrepreneurial spirit to building brands and growing high-performing teams. With her love of backcountry skiing, mountain biking, and spending time in nature, Britt is a personification of On’s mission to ignite the human spirit through movement. She is currently living in Zurich, Switzerland with her partner and their 3 yr. old daughter.
