With over 16 years of experience in the FMCG industry, Charlotte Myles has held strategic and operational roles at leading global companies such as Johnson and Johnson (now Kenvue), Tesco, Amazon and BIC. She has a diverse background across both Buying, Sales and eCommerce and Digital, across multiple markets Europe. Since 2021, she has been driving eCommerce growth for BIC, leveraging her expertise in account management, Digital Shelf, Retail Media, Supply Chain, Product innovation, and more. She is currently the Head of eCommerce for Europe at BIC, where she oversees the development and execution of BIC’s digital capabilities and commercial strategy in Digital Commerce and Media. She enjoys working with BIC’s local teams in Europe and leading a cross-functional team based in Paris and the UK, where BIC has headquarters. She resides in Oxford with her husband and daughter, is passionate about hiking, cooking, and travel.
