Clemens Bauer has been Managing Director E-Commerce at REWE Markt GmbH since March 2023. In his function he is responsible for all e-commerce business models at REWE.

 Prior to his current position, Clemens Bauer was Managing Director Marketing & Media at REWE Markt GmbH for three years, Managing Director of ZooRoyal Petcare for four years and managed a Development & Consulting division of the REWE Group for three years. Before joining REWE Group, he was a consultant at Booz & Company in various positions for five years and at L'Oréal for three years. He also founded the hotel and catering business Vent-i-mar at Mallorca and was Managing Director for eight years. Mr Bauer is married and has three children.
