Danson Huang is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, and business innovation.
Currently serving as the Global Vice President of Omnichannel & Digital Commerce at Diageo, Danson oversees D2C and B2C digital channels, brand websites, and co-drives the company’s martech strategy. He contributes today to a business of $600 million USD in NSV while driving more than 45% digital influence across the company’s total business through its omnichannel initiatives. His career reflects a remarkable journey of entrepreneurship and leadership across diverse industries and geographies.
Beginning with a decade-long entrepreneurial venture as the co-founder of a leading Q-Comm company in China, Danson demonstrated an exceptional ability to scale digital solutions. Following the acquisition of this company, he transitioned to Mars Petcare, where he spent 10 years shaping the future of pet care through digital business and innovation powered by data. His contributions spanned continents: building digital ecosystems in China, scaling solutions across Asia from Singapore, driving pet tech and service innovation globally through Kinship, and leading Digital Commerce, D2C, and new business M&A initiatives globally, based in France, for Royal Canin.
Now based in London, Danson combines his professional expertise with a rich personal life. He and his wife, Tiffany, are proud parents to their 15-month-old son, Luka. Danson is a devoted dog owner to Dudu, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. Outside of work, he is passionate about exploring new destinations and enjoys road trips across many countries.
