As CEO, International Markets, Darren is focused on expanding the agency’s operations and opportunities across Europe, Canada, Asia-Pacific and Latin America with help from a dedicated team and key partners around the globe. Mars United Commerce’s first employee outside of the U.S., he founded the London office in 2010, growing it to become a market leader across the U.K. and then Europe. Prior to joining the agency, he held senior shopper- and retailer-focused positions at Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett and The Marketing Store. Over the course of his career, Darren has worked closely alongside a wide variety of first-tier global clients that included Coca-Cola, Mars Wrigley, Colgate-Palmolive, and McDonald’s.

Darren received his Business Management Degree at The University of Lincoln and a Post-Graduate Digital Marketing Diploma at Kings College University, London. He and his wife, Julie, are the proud parents of Will and Emma, who are currently studying at university. An Arsenal fan, he swims regularly and takes long walks with Rupert, his dog.
