Dipesh is currently Chief Digital Officer for Unilever’s Beauty & Wellbeing EMET & ANZ business unit responsible for all aspects of digital innovation, digital commerce B2C business model development & transformation and regional media strategy. Dipesh also leads digital commerce strategy for Beauty & Wellbeing globally.

He is a long-time digital strategist and senior regional board member with 20 years driving transformation and change across marketing, ecommerce, tech and analytics, as well as end-to-end operating model re-wiring.

Prior to joining Unilever, Dipesh previously worked in management consulting for KPMG, leading business transformation, M&A and restructuring programmes for corporate and PE clients across consumer goods, retail, travel, construction, and oil & gas industries.
