Emilie Brault is a results-driven digital leader with over 20 years of experience in driving digital transformation and innovation in the FMCG and beauty industries. Currently Global Director of Digital Consumer Experience at NAOS (Bioderma, Institut Esthederm, Etat Pur), Emilie leads global digital strategy across 40+ countries and four brands, orchestrating an ecosystem that blends data, media, CRM, e-commerce, and consumer experience.
Her mission: harness digital to drive business growth, enhance customer journeys, and elevate brand desirability. A passionate advocate of GLOcal transformation, she bridges global ambition with local execution through innovative digital products and data-driven decision-making.
Prior to NAOS, Emilie held senior roles at Henkel in Spain and Germany, where she led global e-commerce acceleration and category management initiatives.
A strong believer in leadership through empowerment, Emilie has built high-performing cross-functional teams and upskilled hundreds of digital talents worldwide.
