Helen leads the Consumer Products business for Publicis Sapient across EMEA and APAC, committed to helping established organizations get to their future, digitally-enabled state by fusing strategy, consulting and customer experience with agile engineering and problem-solving creativity.

Helen joined Publicis Sapient in June 2023 following an executive career at Google, Accenture and EY where she spent 30 years designing and leading large digital transformation programmes. With a background in strategy and consulting, she is passionate about technology enabled transformation delivering outcomes for consumers and citizens.

A regular contributor to conferences and publications, including Shoptalk, Wired and Raconteur, she is driven by innovation, application of new technologies, sustainability and responsible growth.

As a Chartered Engineer and Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology, Helen’s experience is the intersection of consumer needs and experience and the technology and engineering to deliver.
