Jamal Chamariq is a dynamic and visionary leader with over 30 years of global leadership experience across the spectrum of supply chain operations. He possesses a fervent dedication to crafting and executing successful strategies while fostering the development of effective leaders, teams, and strategic partnerships.

Currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Global Supply Chain, EMEA & Travel Retail Worldwide and UK & Ireland at the Estée Lauder Companies, Jamal oversees procurement, manufacturing, engineering, planning, fulfillment, customer service, sustainability, and quality assurance. Since joining the company in 2004 as Executive Director, Global Sourcing, he has consistently demonstrated his expertise and leadership acumen.

Before his tenure at the Estée Lauder Companies, Jamal held key roles at Sanofi and Yves Rocher, where he occupied senior management positions in manufacturing operations, distribution, and procurement across diverse regions, including North America, Asia Pacific, EMEA, Mexico, Venezuela, and Morocco.

Jamal actively contributes to academic and professional communities, serving as an Advisory Board Member of Supply Chain Asia in Singapore, Global Procurement Leaders in London, and Rutgers University in the United States. Additionally, he serves as the Global Supply Chain Advisor at the Kedge Business School.

Recognized for his outstanding contributions, Jamal has received several prestigious supply chain awards, including Supply Chain Asia’s Professional of the Year in 2016. Notably, he has consistently ranked among Europe's Top 28 Supply Chain Executives, securing a position in the Top 10 for the years 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2023.

Jamal holds an Industrial Engineering Degree from L'Institut Agro Montpellier as well as a Masters in Supply Chain & Procurement from Kedge Business School. Beyond his professional endeavors, Jamal is proud to be associated with philanthropic and career pathway initiatives. At the Estée Lauder Companies, he serves as a Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign Ambassador and is the Global Sponsor for Women in Supply Chain.

During his free time, Jamal enjoys his passion for cycling, yoga, skiing and football.
