Javier is the Chief Retail Officer at Tendam, where he leads international retail operations across 1,200 stores in 13 countries. He also serves as general manager for Tendam's FIFTY brand and is a member of the executive committee. Previously, Javier was the Chief Retail Officer at AWWG, and prior to this held senior roles at Pepe Jeans London and Inditex.
