Mr. Javier Figar joined Tendam in May 2023 as Chief Retail Officer. In this role, Javier is responsible for the Retail Operations of the Group at a Global scale, comprising 1,200 stores in 13 different countries, he is also General Manager for the FIFTY brand and member of the Executive Committee. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Figar had a successful career with other large apparel Groups such as Inditex and All We Wear Group. At Inditex he held different positions in UK and Ireland and was later appointed General Manager for Italy. In 2012 he joined Pepe Jeans to lead the retail practice before becoming Chief Retail officer for AWWG, managing the retail business for Hackett, Pepe Jeans and Façonnable globally and for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein in Iberia. Mr. Figar started his career in Corporate Finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland before pursuing his MBA at Kellogg School of Management in Chicago. He holds a dual degree in Business Management and Law from ICADE.
