Lidia Muravieva

Chief Experience Officer

Holland & Barrett International

I was born in 1988 and lived almost all my life in Moscow.

I was graduated from Russian University of Economics: mathematics and computer science. After, studied and worked in Moscow State University in Department of mathematical analysis.

First 7 years of my career I worked in risk management in different banks focusing on anti-fraud models development, predictive models implementation and risk estimation and prevention processes.

In 2018 I decided to change the area to more tech-driven and joined one of the largest e-commerce companies in Russia – Ozon. I led a team of business process analysts, but having all the data I was able to see opportunities for business growth due to building a strong Supply Chain management. I’ve developed a clear strategy of Supply Chain optimisation and scalability, implemented it, and became a Head of Delivery Experience. Later I was promoted to Director of Customer Experience. In this role I built a Customer-Centric strategy and led cross-functional work to ensure right metrics, people and processes to build a top-class CX. We’ve launched marketplace, express delivery (in one hour), full automatization of Customer Support, implemented Customer Care approach, and have done so much work that in 4 years we increase sales from 20k orders a day to several millions order a day, providing best-in-class Service level.

In 2022 I decided to move to Europe and found a great opportunity to join H&B team.

Now I’m Chief Experience Officer, working on Customer and Partner Experiences, very excited to deliver our strategy and support our great mission of the company – making health and wellness a way of life for everyone, adding quality years to life.

Apart of conferences, I’m also a Public Talk Speaker, and in 2023 I even performed on TEDx.
