Loretta Franks was appointed to Global Vice President, Chief Data & Analytics Officer in January 2022. She is a member of the Global IT Leadership Team reporting to Lesley Salmon, Global CIO.

Loretta joined Kellogg’s in 2007, and worked in multiple functions and regions across Kellogg during that time. She has led large global teams in IT, Finance and GBS functions and has delivered multiple large scale global programs transforming operating and sourcing models, organizational designs, cloud migrations and large scale change programs. Loretta has been in senior European and Global roles and has travelled extensively across our organization leading diverse, multi functional and cultural teams to deliver huge success and value for Kellanova. People, having fun and building effective teams is at the core of Loretta’s leadership style and passion.

Loretta is based in Manchester UK with her husband Pete, their son, Joe and daughter, Orla.
