Marco Penasa is the Marketing, Sales and Communication Manager at the food retail cooperative DAO Cooperativa since 2018. Combining the knowledge of the market and its communication strategies with a deep understanding of raw materials and production techniques, Marco has extensive experience in the food retail industry. For the past 25+ years, he has held several roles (such as Buyer, Category Manager Coordinator and Sales Manager) and, in 2023, he was the Project Manager responsible for the opening of the first-ever autonomous store in Italy: the TuDay Conad, in Verona.
