Melissa Malik is a globally recognized leader in e-commerce operations, supply chain, and customer experience with over 20 years of experience driving large-scale operations transformations for global e-commerce, retail, and financial brands.

As Chief Supply Chain Officer at SSENSE, Melissa oversees end-to-end supply chain management, including distribution and fulfillment operations, logistics, supplier management, and product and process ownership. She ensures the seamless delivery of the SSENSE customer value proposition by aligning supply chain performance with business objectives.

Previously as Vice President of Global Fulfillment Operations at SSENSE, Melissa spearheaded a multi-year transformation of fulfillment capabilities, introducing automation, and re-platformed our warehouse management system, resulting in faster order fulfillment, improved product availability, enhanced operational efficiency, and increased employee engagement. Prior to SSENSE, she held leadership positions in the US and UK at Wayfair and Tesco, leading and scaling large scale global e-commerce operations with an obsession over Safety, Customer Experience, Employee Engagement, Quality and Cost.
