As Head of LEGO® Retail, SVP Natali Stojovic leads the expansion, innovation and transformation of the LEGO Group’s digital retail channels and brick and mortar stores to create immersive, unforgettable brand experiences for consumers and shoppers.

She is responsible for all aspects of store operations, retail marketing, global e-commerce through LEGO.com, the Centre of Excellence for branded retail, retail development & innovation, model production, business intelligence and digital product development for retail.

Prior to joining the LEGO Group in 2021, Natali previously worked for Amazon, as Head of Business development at EU Fashion. Natali has also held various retail leadership roles managing strategy and the commercial success of worldwide and European retail businesses for Puma and Helly Hansen which included overseeing physical stores and e-commerce platforms.
