Screwfix

Nick joined the Screwfix board in May 2021. He is responsible for all aspects of technology to support the Screwfix growth and operational plans and is also a member of the Kingfisher Group Technology Board. He leads the ongoing transformation of the platforms that enable Screwfix’s iconic omni-channel customer experience (the ‘FusionX’ programme), with an aim to make it as easy as possible for customers to access the products they need, when and where they need them. He was also instrumental in the introduction of the Screwfix Sprint proposition that offers delivery of over 9,000 products to customers within an hour, and that is now available to over 45% of the UK population. 

Nick joined Screwfix from Avon International, where he was Vice President Digital, Technology & eCommerce for Avon’s 39 international markets. Prior to this he was Chief Information & Digital Officer for the Belron group, working closely with Belron brands (such as Autoglass, Carglass, Safelite, etc.) to drive technology modernisation and deliver an exceptional customer experience when customers interacted with Belron digitally. 

Nick is married to Theresa and has two children Jasper and Ethan and a dog called Riley. Nick enjoys rollercoasters, making pizza, travel and figuring out how things work.
