Nicolas Kröger is Chief Digital Transformation Officer (CDTO) at Manor AG, Switzerland’s largest department store group. He leads the company’s digital and omnichannel business, including e-commerce, customer app, and all digital revenue streams.

With 17 years in international retail, e-commerce, and consulting, he brings deep industry expertise and a strong execution focus. At Manor, he also drives the adoption of AI and advanced analytics across functions and launched the AI Circle to scale intelligent use cases company-wide.
