Global Head of eCommerce Customer & Channel Development


Nikki is an accomplished Digital and eCommerce expert with over 20 years experience in the
industry. She is currently Global Head of eCommerce Customer and Channel Development at Diageo;
leading the partnerships and relationships with major customers across all B2C channels where she
has been for the last two years. Prior to that Nikki spent 11 years working at Coca-Cola across
various different divisions including roles in Commercial, Marketing, Customer Management and
Sustainability. She has also worked within Asda Media Centre and various media agencies across an
8 year tenure working with Global Brands to devise their Media, In-store and Digital strategies. Nikki
is a passionate advocate of strategic ESG programmes and initiatives that drive behaviour change
and have a long term positive impact on the environment.
