Roger has over 10 years of experience in the retail and ecommerce tech space, previously founded Smartrr which was acquired by Relay Commerce, and now serves as an advisor to the CEO of Recharge.

Prior to commencing on his entrepreneurial journey, Roger combined his passion for finance and engineering as part of an elite team of technologists at Goldman Sachs which ultimately formed SIMON Markets, a company that exited for over $1bn to iCapital.

Roger holds a Masters degree in finance from the University of Virginia and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from William & Mary with a degree in economics.
