Sara Sjöberg is an experienced leader within digital retail, focused on driving omni growth with the customer at the centre. With a background in eCommerce, digital innovation, AI driven personalization as well as loyalty, she is combining commercial with passion for data and tech and is obsessed with how to create a truly customer centric business.

Sara is since 2021 heading up the eCommerce, communication, content production, media and customer analysis for H&M in region South Europe, focused on driving omni sales performance by activating the customer in all sales and media channels. As Head Head of Marketing and Digital sales for the region´s 7 markets (France, Belgium, Luxemburg, Spain, Portugal, Italy and Turkey), Sara leads a cross functional and international team based in Barcelona, Spain.
