Siobhán Géhin is a senior partner at Roland Berger and heads the Consumer Goods & Retail practice in the UK, where she advises retailers, consumer goods companies and investors on strategies and approaches to transform, innovate and drive value through digital innovation and business model reinvention. Prior to her consulting career, Siobhán worked at senior level in retailer operations, general management and strategy functions for several leading companies across Europe, including Mars, KFC, ASDA and Guinness. Siobhán has a strong interest in disruptive trends in the retail industry, as well as in food innovation (including plant-based food), sustainability and digital transformation. Siobhán is a graduate of Dublin City University, and has a Diploma in Finance from the ACCA as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
