Stephanie is a dynamic leader with a proven track record in data and analytics. She has a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive informed decision making. Most recently, Stephanie led the data and analytics team at PVH (Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein), where she was responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that improved business performance. Prior to PVH, Stephanie held leadership roles at Hunkemoeller and LEGO, where she built and scaled global marketing effectiveness practices. Stephanie holds an MBA from London Business School and an Executive Master in Business Analytics from NYU Stern. She is a passionate swimmer and enjoys all forms of sport. She brings her leadership, creativity and dedication to the Decathlon Digital team!
