Susan is an Partner at Felix Capital, and spends her time looking at products and platforms empowering people to better health and productivity, as well as creative, community led brands.

Over the past 15 years, Susan has advised, invested and worked in a range of consumer and technology companies in their journeys to grow and scale. Susan joined Felix Capital in 2019 from HgCapital, a London based private equity & growth equity fund where she focused on software investments and portfolio companies. Prior to HgCapital, Susan was a management consultant at Bain & Company in San Francisco and London, advising funds on potential investments, and consumer and e-commerce companies on growth strategies. Susan has also worked as an operator in 2 start-ups in San Francisco and New York. She was Director of Partner Strategy at AppDirect, a leading cloud app marketplace, and worked in marketing at Plated, a meal kit delivery service acquired by Albertsons.

Susan is Australian Chinese, and curently lives in London with her husband and son. She graduated with honours from the University of Pennsylvania and received her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
