Tian Su is VP Personalisation & Recommendation at Zalando. Together with her team, she is responsible for delivering a best in class fashion experience to Zalando’s customers and partners through technology, innovation and insights. She joined the company in 2021 after having worked in leading positions in the retail, finance and medical industry. Tian holds a PHD in Immunology from Yale University as well as a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Cellular and Molecular Biology from Heidelberg University.
