Yann Le Bozec joined Crocs as Marketing Director in January 2020 for the EMEA region before extending his scope to LATAM, India and Global Distributor Marketing Lead. Yann has been instrumental in developing award winning campaigns and steering the brand towards building collaborations that resonate with the consumers in the region. Yann is now Vice President of Marketing for the extended EMEALAI region and recently added Hey Dude acquired by Crocs Inc. in 2022 to his brand portfolio where he leads the International (non-US) Marketing team.

Yann has 15 years of experience in the marketing industry. Prior to joining Crocs Inc., Yann served as Senior Marketing Manager EMEA+ at Calvin Klein where he built the newly created Product Marketing department. Previously, Yann served as Marketing and Communications Manager MEA+ at Tommy Hilfiger. He has also held positions at Chalhoub Group in Dubai and at LVMH’s Le Bon Marché and Saint Laurent in Paris. Yann studied at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and obtained a Master of Science in Management from EDHEC Business School (France).

In his free time, Yann loves to Karaoke, edit videos, go to spinning classes and is known to be an early K-pop adopter.
